She understands each person has different needs, and desires various results. Whether it is sport specific training, general well-being and fitness, or injury recovery, Chris is passionate about supporting her clients in their journey. Working with amateur and elite runners, cyclists, Olympic lifters, triathletes, rock climbers, yogis and desk jockeys, Chris has gained valuable experience with many different body types and personalities.
